- Planning and overseeing renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing luxury short-term rental properties in Mont-Tremblant and Bois-Franc, including guest communications, bookings, property readiness, and issue resolution.
- Identifying potential real estate acquisition opportunities by reviewing listings and conducting market research throughout Quebec, including monitoring Centris and other relevant sources.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related operations and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and preserve asset value.
- Coordinating administrative activities related to the estate and property portfolio, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and household or maintenance staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, approachable, and collaborative personality.
